Me and my boyfriend had decided to enjoy our weekend at Uttan. I had heard about this resort from a friend of mine.
I had spoken to someone for booking of a room, the person was courteous and told me the tariff was Rs. 2000 + taxes.
We didnt have trouble finding the place since the rickshawallahs knew the place. The trip to the resort was very pleasant with lush greenery and mild drizzles, followed by the climb up the steep hill.
However, the moment we entered the resort, my dream of a romantic and wild weekend came to a stand still.
The place was stinking of beer/ whisky or god knows what. 2 unkempt guys dressed up awfully asked us what we wanted (leave alone greeting us).
They told us that rooms are available however for food we may go to a restaurant downhill or can order it up here.
The rooms were in a pathetic condition, bedsheets were unclean and full of holes. Forget cuddling up, one wouldn't even bother to lie on it.
The loo was straight out of a horror movie (a public toilet at dadar would fare better than this).
The pool was far from the glorious pics that i had seen on the net. The view however, was really good. I still wonder how they have the audacity to ask for such a price?
We left immediately in the same rickshaw that we had come here. We went to U-tan resort, which was
a wonderful experience.
Please avoid.

This palce sucks.... 1) The person whom we spoke
to was not present for cordination.
2)The moment we entered the resort it had the Grabage smell.
3) The rooms do not have a wash basin. Morning if u wanna wash ur face, u need to come out in the garden n brush.... belive me its very embarassing.
4) The toilets a very -very small. No showers available.
5) The AC was gving aout hot fumes.... The fucker takes extra money for ac rooms which does not work...Food was pathetic. Chicken curry had so much oil in it.
6) We were not allowed in the pool in evenig saying it was being filtered.. we waited the
whole night to jump in the pools to find water stinky n all mud at the bottom....
7) We had asked for extra matresses...which were provided immidietly..... but mind you they do not provide bedsheets... and pillows. Is that what u call as service?
8) No water provided.. Any hotel or Resorts you go.. they always have the jug full of water n a glass ready.... here in ultimate paradise if u want water buy the bislery and drink or die of thirst....
9)Place was stinking- no water in the rooms- No bedsheets provided with the matresses- no Pillows provided- Pathetic foood- No clean pools to dip in.
10) We finally left at 6:30 am and paid 2000/- for the fucking place.
We finally went to the Royal garden resort in Bhayander and had a blast. The charges was jst 500/- pp from 9am to 5pm, inclusive of Brakfast, mid breakfast, Lunch and evening tea.... food was amazing....
I am a honest person... wud appreciate whatever is gud and ultimate paradise is a fucking place...it sucks.....

A Goldmine Nature's Paradise by: jp morgan gavin
We loved this place like mad - especially the valley view, the sunrise and the sunset, beautiful open garden lawn - it's like heaven's paradise.
As we all know there's no time to travel, life's hectic - and this place is the nearest the cheapest and the best we 75 pax from JP Morgan have had a blast. Looking forward to visit very soon - thanks ultimate paradise resort.
